User Agreement

The Self-Realization Fellowship Lake Shrine Photo Archive is a private library created for the exclusive use of Lake Shrine monastics, employees, and committee leaders.

All approved participants agree to the following: 

1. Members and approved guests agree not to share links, login information, and photos with unauthorized persons.
2. Downloaded photos will only be used for promoting Lake Shrine activities, events, and committees.
3. Lake Shrine retains copyright and ownership of all images that are taken by those on volunteer assignment.
4. Images that are shared with us by a professional or amateur photographer NOT ON ASSIGNMENT remain the property of the contributing photographer. 
5. With the exception of our Photography, Website, and Newsletter Committees, users agree not to share any photo on social media – with the exception of those retaining ownership of their own photos (see #3 above).
6. Photos may not be sold or used to create products.  Salable items may be created in future pending approval from the minister-in-charge.
